Welcome to Telegen UK Ltd., one of the UK's leading independent outsourced contact centre companies.

Telegen began operations in May 2000 with 12 agents working on an outbound telesales campaign for a major insurance company. Telegen's approach to on-line customer acquisition proved so successful that this campaign grew to encompass over 100 staff within 9 months and now Telegen employ over 400 staff working on a variety of sales campaigns in both the consumer and business markets for a blue chip client base. On-line customer acquisition is Telegen's speciality, with technology, recruitment, training and management all working together to deliver high quality sales for our clients.
