Telegen became operational in May 2000 with 12 part time agents making outbound sales calls on behalf of a major Insurance company. This proved so successful that within 6 months, the campaign had grown to over 80 agents calling on a full time basis.
Today, Telegen employs over 400 staff on a wide range of customer contact programmes, with our award winning specialism being outbound customer acquisition and retention. Our investment in leading edge technology, high-level recruitment and training practices and a top quality working environment has produced a powerful mix for the successful delivery of our client's demanding targets.
Telegen's phenomenal growth has been managed with a commitment to contact centre best practice and quality processes and procedures. This has resulted in Telegen becoming one of the very few contact centres with both ISO 9002 and Investors In People accreditation.
