Welcome to Telegen UK Ltd. We are an outsourced contact centre company delivering award winning customer management programmes for our clients.

Telegen began operations in May 2000 with 12 agents working on behalf of a major Insurance company. Two years later we now employ over 400 full staff delivering a variety of customer management campaigns in both the Consumer and Business markets. Our investment in leading edge technology and intensive training and management of our staff has resulted in a powerful and successful formula for delivering exactly what our clients require in terms of achieving Service Level Agreement and sales targets within a quality led environment.

Telegen can offer clients a complete suite of customer contact capability, including predictive dialing for outbound calling, ACD technology for inbound call management, automated voice and e-mail handling and web-enabled functionality. Full Digital Call recording is also available to enable on-line customer contract and Paperless Direct Debit Mandate completion. When this platform is combined with our highly trained, well managed and motivated workforce, the results are extremely successful and this is why we have won several awards, including:
