Our specialists deliver the organizational and motivational flair to enable our operators to provide the highest possible quality of contact with customers. They also provide the IT platform, analysis, pro-active liaison and support to fulfill client expectations every day.

Our Project Managers are responsible for all client communication (interpreting and understanding needs, marketplace, targeting, etc.) and also have overall management responsibility for the operational team delivering on all Key Result Areas. This role, in effect gives each Telegen client their own “virtual” contact centre manager, making communication and response quicker and easier. There is no need for the traditional and often clumsy separation of client liaison and operational staff, which can be slow to identify and act on performance or other campaign issues.
