Automated call handling (ACH) is often sought after by our clients either as a stand alone solution, or integrated with other media and Telegen have invested in a technology platform capable of delivering either solution. Our ACH technology can form a highly efficient and cost effective way to deal with certain customer queries.
Aside from automated call handling we also offer a number of other call service options, from email processing to Telegen's own Teleweb system, which allows life text based 'chat' between customers and any Telegen client.
