What is Teleweb?

How to use Teleweb

To start the Teleweb chat just click the chat button on this page. When an agent becomes available and answers your "call" a "chat window" will appear on your screen.

To reply, type your question in the "To send" section of your chat window. Click the "Send" button to send your message.

Our agent will receive your message in their chat window and will reply.
It is that simple!

To end the Teleweb chat just click the disconnect button and then close the chat window. This will not disconnect you from the Internet.
