"Tele-Web" Full web integration is also possible using text chat, second line call back and VOIP solutions. Customers hitting a web-site can click on a "call-me" button and instantly be connected to an agent in Telegen's centre who can provide further information and also direct the customer to other areas of the site, while viewing the same screen as the customer.
